Thank you to everyone who has completed their survey.  I especially want to thank those of you who notified us of anything not working as expected or with questions.  Here were a few things that were fixed:

• Earlybird free print main image not displayng - fixed
  
  
• Nexus and the Tank and Kraylox prints forcing digital orders to ship - fixed
  If you had a digital only order and you do NOT want the print shipped, but were forced to choose that, you can now go back and edit your options and you will have the ability to choose a download instead of a shipped image.
  
  
• Charging shipping on Donated books - fixed
  The donate to troops book was adding on 1 ounce which meant shpping charged for digital orders.  This has been fixed and we were able to get it to zero, but keep it as a shippable item so we are covering all the shipping.  If you already checked out this will auto update your order.

LIMITED EDITION CALENDAR

• FAQ: If you aready purchased a calendar during the campaign you do not need to purchase another one when offered during checkout.  We are offering (1) to everyone for $15.  Add-on cost is $20 and presale is $25.  Each calendar is shrink wrapped with cardboard.  Print run is limited to 250 calendars and we are 60% sold out!

• The crowdfunding campaign is in the survey phase, using BackerKit.
• A "smoke test" is being conducted to ensure the surveys are working correctly.
• A small, random group of backers from each pledge tier will receive a survey.
• The test will run for at least 24 hours.
• If you receive a survey, please complete it promptly and report any issues.

• If you receive a survey, please complete it as soon as possible.
• If you encounter any issues, let the campaign team know.

• To simplify the process, we’re charging a minimum fee of $30-50 for international orders. 
• This covers most orders, including customs and duties.
• If your shipping costs exceed the minimum fee, we’ll contact you with options.
• Shipping to an international PO Box may incur additional charges.

• Surveys: We'll be sending out post-campaign surveys next Thursday, August 22nd. Please keep an eye out for it! We need a few weeks to allow everyone's pledges to clear (there were 17 bounced pledges so far – if that's you, please check your email and update your card on file!).
• Early Bird Bonus: Complete your survey by August 29th to receive a free bonus print (see below)
  This time we are also offering a digital option on prints so you can still get the image for early checkout.
• Shipping Timeline: After surveys are complete, we'll finalize production and send everything to the printers. We expect to have everything shipping out 6-8 weeks after everyone completes checkout.

• Calendar: Purchase one (1) for $15 (discounted from the presale price of $25)
• Add-on Store: Get as many calendars as you like for just $20 each!

We're absolutely over the moon to announce that our crowdfunding campaign was a huge success! Thanks to your incredible support, we not only reached our goal but also managed to extend our campaign thanks to the BackerKit train! Every new pledge added an extra 10 minutes to the clock, and you all kept that train chugging! We couldn't have done it without you!
